Simple monthly plans
Pick the plan that matches your volume. Not sure which fits? After your free consultation I count your transactions from your last 3 months of statements and recommend one.

Payment. New clients pay the full quote up front, before work begins. It covers onboarding, any catch-up work, and your first month. After that, monthly plans are invoiced in advance on the 1st and due by the 15th. Pay by ACH, check, Zelle (preferred), or credit card (3% processing fee). Save 5% when you pre-pay six months.
Cancel anytime. Month-to-month with 30 days' written notice from either side. Your books stay yours, and I hand everything off at no charge.
Bookkeeping only. Tax return preparation, payroll processing, 1099 and W-2 filing, sales tax filing, and tax, legal, or financial advice are not included. QuickBooks, payroll, and app subscriptions are paid by you directly and are separate from my fees.

Send statements, get a quote
Send 6 to 12 months of bank and credit card statements. I review your finances and send a written quote within 24 hours, based on your last 3 months.
Pay, sign, and connect
Pay the quote in full, sign a short engagement letter, and invite me to your QuickBooks Online. I can help you set one up.
Get your report
Each month, send your statements and receipts. I close the month and email your Profit & Loss report by the 15th.

I hold a BBA in Accounting, and my QuickBooks experience started in corporate healthcare accounting. I started VuLedger to give small business owners a steady monthly routine for their books, so they always know where the business stands without doing the bookkeeping themselves.
I work with small businesses, contractors, and self-employed professionals in the Houston area.
Questions
Before you reach out
Do I need QuickBooks Online?
Yes. I do your bookkeeping in QuickBooks Online, and the subscription is paid directly to Intuit, usually around $30 to $50 a month. If you do not have an account yet, I can help you set one up.
Do you prepare tax returns?
No. VuLedger is bookkeeping only. At year end I can prepare your final reports and a vendor payment summary for your tax preparer.
What do I send each month?
Your bank and credit card statements and receipts, plus any payroll reports, POS or merchant processor reports, and loan or financing statements.
When do I pay?
New clients pay the full quote before work begins. It covers onboarding, any catch-up work, and your first month. After that, monthly invoices go out on the 1st and are due by the 15th.
Is there a contract?
There is a short engagement letter. Plans are month-to-month, and either of us can cancel with 30 days' written notice.
What if I do not want a phone call?
Fill out the client consultation form and email it back with 6 to 12 months of statements. I review your answers and send a written quote within 24 hours.
